PVC and cloth mesh based fish bank includes PVC pipes facilitating plankton accumulation in a computerised fish attraction system

The PVC and cloth-mesh based fish bank has 200mm diameter PVC pipes extended by 110 mm diameter PVC pipes, and 2.5 metres of mesh. Plankton adhering to the mesh provides food for fish forming the bank, which has a transceptor-based drive and a computer with satellite network connection.
