A compound of ** formula ** or its pharmaceutically acceptable non-toxic salts in which it represents an annular system containing carbocycles that is optionally substituted with up to two groups R1 and R2; R1 and R2 are the same or different and represent halogen, C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 alkoxy, C3-C7 cycloalkoxy, C3-C7 cycloalkyl, each of which may be optionally substituted with NR5R6; R5 and R6 are the same or different and represent hydrogen, C1-C6 alkyl, C3-C7 cycloalkyl; or R5 and R6 can be taken together to form a ring containing nitrogen with 5-7 members; R3 represents hydrogen, C1-C6 alkyl, (C1-C6) alkoxy C1-C6 alkyl, C3-C7 cycloalkyl, or C3-C7 cycloalkoxy C1-C6 alkyl, in which any R3 with the exception of hydrogen can be substituted with NR5R6.
