The system has a floating platform (4) connected with a part of a feeder (2), where the platform gathers crude to an oil tanker (5). A remote-control robot (28) is connected with a part of perforation for a helmet of a ship (6) to drain. A station (7) sends thermal energy to the sunk boat through a hose (29) for fluidizing the crude generated by a heater in the station.
