The system includes a cleaning installation that receives hot water using a pump, and distributes the hot water to each mixing unit of a thermo mixer through a rectangular pipe. The rectangular pipe has six flat aspersion fuses on each side. The hot water flows directly over the dirty zones of the mixing units, dragging the residues towards the drainage. A timer and a screen are provided for monitoring the cleaning process. A conical aspersion fuse, which cooperates with the aspersion fuses of the pipe during the cleaning process, is placed in the interior of the mixing units. A drainage pump is provided to pump drained water towards the drainage after the cleaning process. An electric control unit regulates the cleaning sequence and cleaning time.
