The egg and additives free e.g. meat sauce comprises parsley, garlic, wild marjoram, hot water, ketchup, vegetable oil and vinegar mixed with salt. Also claimed is a process making the sauce. CLAIMED PROCESS - The process homogenises the mixture in an electric beater, for 12-24 hours refrigeration, after mixing of a quarter litre of water with the other ingredients.
