The covering has a vertical footing (1) fixed to a facade. Several covering panels (12) are secured in the footing using connectors formed by several runners (5) fixed to the footing at different heights. Several parallel supports (8) fixed on each runner projecting in region with fixing unit (9). The runners bear a hanging horizontal bolt (7) in which each support is assembled. The supports adjust its height and depth with respect to the hanging horizontal bolt.
