The handle has a receptacle for storing a handle portion that is held by a person, and support base for absorbing side forces. An anchor section is provided for absorbing longitudinal force, and arranged to couple the receptacle in various positions on the sidewall of a toilet. Complementary base portions are provided to help absorb longitudinal forces on the sidewall of the toilet. The receptacle is connected and fitted in inverted U form over the sidewall of the toilet. Each of the sections of the handle is detachable, telescopic and arranged in various positions. A nonskid covering is provided on the surface of the handle that comes in contact with the ground, wall or toilet.
