The partition plate is comprised of plaster shaped into a U form and having front orifices, a base and first and second sidewalls. The first sidewall has side orifices that enable partition unions in an L, T or cross form and allow passage of electrical conductors, telematics and water pipes without need for additional orifices. The first sidewall has a height greater than the height of the second sidewall. The height of the first sidewall is greater than the width of the base.
