The mechanism has a core located inside each gunner of a door or window. The core has an orifice for receiving conical nuts, a support formed in T shape, and wheel cover cylinder. A piston rod is arranged crossing a disc orifice situated between the gunners. A ring or wheel cover has a threaded end screwed to the conical nut, and another end with an internal spiral graft for adjusting the piston rod. A double-ended stud is provided crossing the perforation of an inner support to couple with a fixed nut.
