The fabrication of polyurethane doors simulating wood comprises fabrication of a flexible mould on a selected prototype of grained wood. The door is fabricated on the mould and includes a structural element (5) embedded in the polyurethane. EMBODIMENT - The outside of the door is grained, matching the prototype.
