The carrier is structured to occupy the small volume between the inner wall of the helmet and the occipital region of the cyclist head. A semi rigid tube runs from the carrier to the facial region of the cyclist. A mouthpiece worn by the cyclist lips allows the cyclist to suck the liquid from the carrier.
