A synthesis process of hydrocarbons by Fischer-Tropsch process wherein a catalyst of small particle size, fresh or regenerated, for hydrocarbon synthesis, to said slurry, comprising adding: (a) reacting hydrogen and carbon monoxide in a reactor in the presence of said catalyst of small particle size for hydrocarbon synthesis, wherein said catalyst small particle size less than 20 m in a slurry comprising said catalyst particles and gas bubbles in a liquid hydrocarbon slurry at reaction conditions effective to form hydrocarbons, a portion of which are liquid at the reaction conditions and comprising said slurry liquid, and (b) forming a mixture comprising said catalyst particles fresh or regenerated and at least one liquid polar oxygenate, no acid, and (c) contacting said suspen sion with said mixture to dispersardichas particles in said suspension.
