The system includes a rigid and heavy rod which has top end having a connector articulated to the bottom end of a flexible fastener coupled to a floating body. A driving unit rotates the rod in axial direction. The other end of the rod is connected to anchoring components which are provided in the form of projecting discoid helix fins. The fins rotate with the rod and dig into the bottom of the water when submerged into the water.
