Latex properties modified surface which can be obtained by a process which comprises adding a water-soluble amphiphilic copolymer in an aqueous dispersion of a water-insoluble polymer obtained from monomers with ethylenic unsaturations, wherein the non-surfactant amphiphilic copolymer and consisting of hydrophobic monomers and hydrophilic monomers, the number of higher number of hydrophobic monomers hydrophilic monomers.
