Compound of formula 1: wherein: R1 and R2 are, independently, hydrogen, hydroxy, halo, cyano, carboxamido, carboalkoxy of two to six carbon atoms, trifluoromethyl, trifluoromethoxy, alkyl of 1 to 6 carbon atoms, alkoxy of 1 to 6 carbon atoms, alkanoyloxy of 2 to 6 carbon atoms, alkanoyl of 2 to 6 carbon atoms, amino, mono- or di-alkylamino in which each alkyl group has 1 to 6 carbon atoms, alkanide of 2 at 6 carbon atoms, alkanesulfonyl of 1 to 6 carbon atoms or alkanesulfonamido of 1 to 6 carbon atoms; R3 and R4 are independently hydrogen or alkyl of 1 to 6 carbon atoms, or R3 and R4, together with the carbons to which they are attached, form a cyclic portion selected from cycloalkane of 5 to 8 carbon atoms, cycloalkene of 5 to 8 carbon atoms, bicyclic bridge alkane of 6 to 9 carbon atoms, bicyclic bridge alkene of 6 to 9 carbon atoms, pyran or thiopyran in which the sulfur atom is optionally oxidized to form a sulfoxide or a sulfone, in which the cyclic portion may be optionally substituted with 1 to 3 alkyl portions of 1 to 6 carbon atoms; R5, R6 and R7 are independently hydrogen or alkyl of 1 to 6 carbon atoms; and the dotted line represents an optional double bond; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
