PACKER TYPE GROUNDWATER SAMPLING SYSTEM AND WATER SAMPLING METHOD

The present invention provides a system and a methodfor sampling groundwater under in-situ conditionstate in reliable, efficient and economic manner withoutdisturbing environment of formation water present in under-ground layer. There are provided a continuous watersampling process and a batch style water sampling processfor sampling formation water by confirming the sameenvironment as that of the groundwater in the under-ground layer. After drilling water has been removed by thecontinuous water sampling process, formation water isrepeatedly sampled by the batch style water samplingprocess, and a downhole system equipped with the continuouswater sampling process and the batch style water samplingprocess is designed in such structure that it is moved upand down in a casing pipe and inserted into or removed froma packer system in the hole.
