HEAT AND ACTIVE ENERGY RAY CURABLE RESIN COMPOSITION USED FOR PROTECTIVE LAYER OF TRANSFER MATERIAL, TRANSFER MATERIAL, SURFACE PROTECTING MATERIAL, AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING MOLDED ARTICLE OF HIGH ABRASION AND HIGH CHEMICAL RESISTANCE
The sheet material of the present invention has aprotective layer which comprises a heat reactant of a heatand active energy ray curable resin composition comprisingas an active ingredient a polyfunctional isocyanate and apolymer having a (meth)acryl equivalent weight from 100 to300 g/eq, a hydroxyl value from 20 to 500 and a weight-average molecular weight from 5000 to 50000. And, thisprotecting layer applied to the surface of a molded articleis cured by active energy ray irradiation. Therefore, amolded article having high abrasion resistance and highchemical resistance can be obtained, and cracks are notcaused in the curved part of the molded article. Further,since the protective layer is cured in part by heat in thesheet material production, a large scale active energy rayirradiation apparatus is not required thus lowering costs.
