In a method of conducting thermal energy, a hollowmember is formed from a heat-conducting material andhas inner and outer walls that confine an enclosedchamber therebetween. The chamber is filled with asuperconductor material. The hollow member issubjected to a thermal energy source. A thermalconductor formed according to the aforesaid method canbe incorporated in a cooking utensil, or in anelectrical appliance, to permit quick and efficientconduction of thermal energy.
