A device system and method for flush mounting aperture covers with finisheddrywall surfaces andwhich may be used to flush mount hot air exhaust grates, cold air intakegrates, electrical light andreceptacle boxes, light fixtures and access panel covers. The inventionincludes a bead plate orframe each side thereof having a sectional profile of a piece of corner beadcomprising a bead alongat least the front surface of the bead plate immediately adjacent the apertureopening andtransitioning into edges of corner bead, substantially at 90° angles toeach other. The corner beadmay be attached to the corner bead is affixed to the outside surface of thedrywall in typical fashionand is feathered into the surface of the drywall in typical fashion. Theinterior walls of the bead plateform a receptacle for an aperture cover, preferably with stops to aid inmounting the front surfaceof the aperture cover flush with the outside surface of a piece of drywall.The bead plate may befixedly or removably attached to a piece of duct work, electrical box or otherchamber.
