Doctors input the clinical information of patients into their universalclinical-laboratory forms of the computer network system of the organization,take the differentspecimens and submit these records in the system that gives them the numbersthat theywrite on the specimen containers and the kits. These numbers are also given totheexamined patients if they need to go to the different health providers.Doctors order themicrobiological kits and the specimen containers by the ordering computerforms of thesame system. The health providers open the specific universal clinical recordsby thespecific numbers of the containers, the kits and patients, provide service andinputinformation of their service in specific designated places of the universalclinical-laboratoryforms. They submit this information to the referring doctors who treatpatients accordingto them or start a new examination by the new universal clinical forms. Thesystemcontinuously analyzes information of all the clinical records and providesstatistical dataconcerning present diseases, their locations, the different causes includingdifferentorganisms, the sensitivity patterns of the isolated pathogen bacteria andanother healthrelated data. This analyzed information is continuously available in theWatchdog. The samesystem also enables the authorized health providers to interact with thesystem in theWatchdog in order to improve their service, treatments of their patients andthe system. Thesystem also allows that the patients get their complete medical data thatcopied from thesystem. They are printed out as their personal paper records. Patients collectand fulfillspecific information concerning their health into the specially designatedplaces of thepaper records, previously compiled by their doctors.
