Fish aquafarming net (3) has a lozenge-shaped wire mesh structure comprising a multiplicity of wire-shaped materials (6) each corrugated and arranged in parallel relationship wherein any adjacent wire-shaped materials (6) are entangled with each other at bent portions (6a) thereof. The wire-shaped materials (6) consist of a copper alloy material having an alloy composition comprising 62 to 91 mass% of Cu, 0.01 to 4 mass% of Sn and the balance of Zn wherein the Cu content [Cu]mass% and the Sn content [Sn] mass% satisfy the relationship 62 = [Cu] - 0.5[Sn] = 90, which copper alloy material h as a phase structure the total content of .alpha.-phase, .gamma.-phase and .delta .- phase is in the range of 95 to 100% in terms of area ratio.
