The invention relates to adjunctive and simultaneous combination therapies forthe treatment of psychotic disorders in which sabcomeline or apharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and at least one other neurolepticagent are administered adjunctively or simultaneously. The invention providesmethods of treatment of psychotic disorders utilising such adjunctive orsimultaneous therapeutic combination therapies, therapeutic combinations foruse therein and pharmaceutical compositions comprising them.
