PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of troubles such as failure of correction in a system, in which a safety system and a production control system are combined together, since the system requires double engineering defining variables doubly.;SOLUTION: A variable is defined by a single engineering device, and a tag name is given to a variable accessed by another device for creating a correspondence table between the tag name and a variable name. A tag object is transformed into a tag list interpretable by another device and downloaded to another device for converting the tag name of the access from another device into a variable name in the correspondence table.
