The present invention discloses devices, systems and methods for the isovolumic measurementof vasoactivity in a blood vessel. The length and volume of the blood vessel aremaintained constant while a chemical or pressure is exposed to the blood vessel.The reaction of the blood vessel to the chemical or physical stimuli is measuredby internal lumen pressure changes.
