KIT FOR ASSAYING POTENCY OF PERIPHERAL MONONUCLEAR BLOOD CELL TO BIND TO POLYSACCHARIDE

A kit for assaying the potency of peripheral mononuclear blood cells to bind to a polysaccharide, comprising a detection reagent containing a fluorescently-labeled immunostimulant polysaccharide and a standard reagent containing a fluorescently-labeled form of polysaccharide that is different from that of the above fluorescently-labeled immunostimulant polysaccharide and/or, not fluorescently labeled, an immunostimulant polysaccharide that is the same as that of the above fluorescently-labeled immunostimulant polysaccharide. The use of this kit would realize determination with high prediction accuracy of the potency of peripheral mononuclear blood cells to bind to a polysaccharide.
