The device (100) prevents the unauthorised use of personal devices and computers (902). It provides mechanisms to receive, manage and distribute licenses for the purpose of access control to music, video, software and data. It facilitates filtering out unsolicited communication by ignoring unauthenticated sources of mail and messages and by providing traceability of authenticated persons using computers & networks for illegal purposes or infringement of terms of conditions of service providers.
