In such a method, a simplified checking of an assembled rotor may be achieved, whereby a radioactive source of small size is used as radiation source (16), the radiation source (16) is introduced through the opening (15), by means of a holder (17) and the radiation source (16) is held in a specific location in the cavity (19), by means of the holder (17) during the taking of the image.
