In an optical motion capture system, it is possible to obtain highly-accurate high-speed data by using two types of cameras: a highly-accurate camera and a high-speed camera. The method includes: a step of imaging an object under test having a marker, by a camera group including cameras different in the frame rate and resolution and acquiring an image; a marker detection step for detecting two-dimensional position information on the marker from the image; a three-dimensional reconfiguration step for acquiring the three-dimensional position information on the marker by using the two-dimensional position information on the marker detected; and a step of unifying the three-dimensional position information on the marker acquired by the respective cameras. The unifying step has a tracking step for searching the three-dimensional position information on the marker in time series and attaching the same ID to the three-dimensional position information on the marker judged to be identical and an interpolation step for interpolating the three-dimensional position information on the marker attached by the same ID acquired by the respective cameras.
