Control method and device, and reduce in the torque moment permanent-magnet motor (12) of torque pulsation without using current sensor. Due to not needing current sensor, low-frequency torque pulsation reduces. A kind of voltage mode control method is implemented to control motor (12). Rotor and a torque command signal (28) in response to the motor (12) of the position and speed, controller (18) generates the required voltage of motor voltage command signal (30) instruction, to generate required torque. Rotor position encoder (14) determines the rotor of Angle Position. From the Angle Position of above-mentioned rotor, tachometric survey circuit (16) determines the speed of rotor. The position and speed signal (26) is applied to controller (18). Controller (18) uses this information, and develops motor voltage command signal (30), and voltage required for indicating generates desired torque. Phase inverter (20) is connected to power supply (22) and controller (18). Controller (18) is applied to the phase voltage of motor, the torque needed for generating in response to motor voltage command signal (32).
