The system has a cross-bar (15) fixed to a fitting, in its central part, by a connecting unit with a pivotal axis. The unit has two connections on the central part cooperating with a mounting lug (130) on the fitting. Each of two thrust acceleration connecting rods is connected to a back of the cross-bar by another connecting unit. The cross-bar comprises of connecting units (155-135, 157-137) with a mast. The latter connecting unit is constituted of a lateral mounting lug (155) of the cross-bar and a clevis mounting (200). The connecting units (155-135, 157-137) are constituted of lateral mounting lugs (155, 157) of the cross-bar and clevis mountings (135, 137), respectively.
