Disclosed is a tube subassembly (1) comprising a tube joint subassembly with a supporting element (2) and a sliding sleeve (9) that can be slid onto the same. A final section (18) of a tube (14) can be pressed in between the supporting element (2) and the sliding sleeve (9) when the sliding sleeve (9) is in the mounted position. Said sliding sleeve (9) is embodied such that the interior wall (11) thereof can follow a change in the radially extending pressure which is applied to the sliding sleeve (9) by the tube (14), resulting in the inner circumference of the sliding sleeve being modified. Such a sliding sleeve (9) makes it possible to create a tube joint subassembly which forms a secure seal also in applications with frequent temperature variations while the effort for producing and assembling the same is limited.
