A system for making decisions and optimization for any problem in any industry dependent on the options that are known, and not withstanding the options chosen, the system has the capability of changing the made decisions based on future criteria and market trends which will able the user to either amend or alter his original decision or permit the user to implement a decision that was not originally available.
