[PROBLEMS] To provide a wireless microphone technique wherein the standing position of a speaker having a transmitter, that is, a sound source position is determined based on positional information from positional information transmitters disposed in advance at several places and wherein a sound image position on a receiving/reproducing side is controlled in accordance with the determined sound source position, thereby achieving stable surround effects with very high precision and with immunity to environmental affections, such as the position of the transmitter or receiver and the radio wave status thereof. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The surround effects are achieved by transferring, to a receiving system (RS), the positions of one or more wireless microphone transmitters (M) calculated, based on positional information transmitted from a plurality of positional information transmitters (P), by the wireless microphone transmitters themselves. In the receiving system (RS), the signals received by antennas (AA,AB) are distributed to receivers (R) associated with the transmitters (M) via an antenna divider (D), and outputs for speakers (SP) are generated by a surround circuit (S) based on the audio outputs of the transmitters and the positional data thereof.
