The invention relates to a method which enables, for the first time, other cells having a mesenchymal origin, such as fat cells (adiopcytes), bone cells (osteoblastes) and cartilage cells (chondrocytes) to be differentiated from animal, preferably human fibroblasts and/or primary fibroblast cultures, in order to use said cells for therapeutic ends in regenerative medicine (cell and tissue replacement).
