A device for the closure of connection between the aorta and the Arteria pulmonalis comprises two elastically bound closures separated by a tensioning element, whereby a closure and the tensioning element have a through cavity, into the vicinity of the other closure for the entry of instruments. A device (I) for the closure of connection (2), that remains open after birth, between the aorta (3) and the Arteria pulmonalis (4) using a closure element introduced into this connection by means of a catheter (7) whereby the closure element (8) comprises two elastically bound closures (10, 11) separated by a tensioning element (9), whereby a closure (11) and the tensioning element (9) have a through cavity, into the vicinity of the other closure (10) for the entry of instruments, that are reinforced and/or armored at their ends and that in the region of the entry into the cavity (12) of the tensioning element (9) reinforcing is arranged from which and exterior to the immediately neighboring closure (11) a loop (16) and tensioning cord (17) are arranged.
