Movable or rollable foam extinguisher comprises a pressure-resistant container holding water and extinguishing agent, a gas cylinder for pressurizing the container to expel the extinguishing agent, and a pistol (1) connected via a pressure-resistant tube (3) to the inside of the pressurized container. A mixing device (4) is provided between the tube and the pistol and is connected to a pressurized gas line (5) attached to the gas cylinder via a pressurized gas fitting so that when the container is pressurized, pressurized gas is simultaneously fed from the gas cylinder via the mixing device into the extinguishing agent line. Preferred Features: The mixing device is arranged directly before the pistol. The pressurized gas fitting allows adjustment of the relative distribution of pressurized gas fed into the container and the mixing device. The working pressure of the extinguishing device is 25-35 bar.
