A VALIDATING METHOD OF MOBILE TERMINAL SECURITY IN CDMA NETWORK

A validating method of mobile terminal security in CDMA network, at least includes: setting and saving security key (SKEY) corresponding to the mobile terminal in the mobile terminal and the network device of CDMA network. When need to validate the security for mobile terminal, the network device generates validating information according to the SKEY corresponding to the mobile terminal, and transmits the validating information to the mobile terminal. The mobile terminal determines whether or not the SKEY of itself saving and network device saving is matching. If it is Yes, the mobile terminal determines itself is legal; if it is No, the mobile terminal determines itself is not legal. After the mobile terminal determined itself is not legal, it can be directly power off so that reject the present user to use the mobile terminal. The present invention can prevent the CDMA mobile terminal being stolen accordingly increase the security of mobile terminal of CDMA network.
