Injection moulded part for a vehicle lamp

An injection moulding for a vehicle light, comprises primary and secondary sections. The primary section (2) surface is at an angle to the secondary section (3) surface, and a blocking member (4,6) is located at the connection region of the sections, which prevents the primary section surface from shrinkage when cooling during injection moulding. The secondary section is dome shaped and has a fixing element (4) which has ribs that run coaxially. The fixing element has a pin with an external thread (5) for fixing the moulding to the light housing. The blocking member is in the form of a pin whose free end surface borders against an inner side of the primary section. The pin has a central holding ring surrounded by rib ends. A plastic melt is injected through a number of gaps (12) which extend more in the circumferential direction.
