A mobile phone having built-in radiation protectiong earphone and a built-in radiation protection earphone assembly, wherein the built-in radiation protection earphone consists of earphone, microphone, cord and winding reel. The winding reel is set at a side of the inside body of the phone, a cord trough is provided at this side, the cord is put into the cord trough, one end of the cord is connected to the winding reel and the other end is connected to the microphone which is inserted into the earphone jack, the winding reel has a drive device for winding the cord, a switch for controling the drive device is set at a position having proper distance to the winding reel inside the phone which has a cord trough. The built-in radiation protection earphone assembly can be set inside or outside the existent electric device. This kind of radiation protection earphone has good performance, long working life, high credibility, and overcomes the disadvantages of intertwisting or entangling during taking, using or keeping.
