Supporting structure for loading devices of portions of the human musculoskeletal system for diagnostic equipment, comprising a resting device to rest at least a portion of a patient's body in a laterally stretched-out and/or supine position. The peculiarity of the structure consists in that it comprises positioning means to position said loading devices to load the sector of the musculoskeletal system's portion, and in that said positioning means are uniformly laid out on said resting device, so as to allow performing the above positioning in a multiple number of predetermined positions. The uniform layout of the positioning means destined to receive the loading devices allows positioning the latter in a multiple number of predetermined positions, thus eliminating the positioning uncertainties encountered in traditional supporting structures.
