A rotating bezel (200) is substantially composed of a body (201) and an operation guide section (240) provided on the outer edge of the body (201). The operation guide section has knurls (247) each having a first surface (245) and a second surface (247) that are formed from an upper surface (201a) to a lower surface (201b) of the body (201) of the rotating bezel and having a third surface (246) connecting the first and second surfaces by a progressively increasing curvature radius R. The first surface (245) is inclined, in a front view of the rotating bezel, relative to the upper surface by a first inclination angle α and is formed from the upper surface (201a) across to the lower surface (201b). Further, the second surface (247) is inclined, in a front view of the rotating bezel (200), relative to the upper surface (201a) by a second inclination angle β, which is greater than the first inclination angle α, and is formed from the upper surface (201a) across to the lower surface (201b).
