The inventive network comprises a control system and audio-visual information delivering system remote therefrom. The control system comprises means for forming said audio-visual information in the form of a plurality of files, means for forming control information setting time within which said files are reproducible and means for transferring files and control information to audio-visual information delivering systems. Each audio-visual information delivering system comprises means for receiving the files and control information from the control system, information storage means, means for reproducing the files and means for supplying the files to the means for the reproduction thereof at the time set up by the received control information. Said network makes it possible to provide different users with identical audio-visual information at the same time without necessity of transmitting said information in a real time.
