A RGD-CONTAINING CYCLIC PEPTID AND THE ACTIVE-TARGETING LIPOSOME THEREOF

摘要

A cyclic peptide containing Arg-Gly-Asp sequence is ring-formed by amido bond (-CO-NH-), and the cyclic peptide has a Cys residue with active sulfhydryl group at its one end. The cyclic peptide may bind a liposome by the active sulfhydryl group to form a active-targeting liposome, and thus liposome may be combined with the target cell by the binding of a integrin receptor on the cell surface with the RGD sequence of the cyclic peptide marker, then the drug packed in the liposome maybe transferred to the target cell and that results in the targeting treatment for the cell.
