The implant has a fixation unit (8) fixed on or against an outer surface of a metatarsal through a fixation side. The side has an anatomic surface portion of shape conjugated or complementary to that of a plantar surface of a proximal part of the metatarsal. The portion has a proximal surface (15) situated towards a proximal end of the metatarsal and inclined with respect to remaining part of the portion.
