A quantitative capillary electrophoresis apparatus includes pump, mixer, quantitative introducing sample valve, conducting pool, detector, high voltage power, separating capillary, electrode, buffer bottle, waste bottle. It adopts a binary solvents system to transport the liquid. The quantitative introducing sample valve is insulated from the high voltage electric field. The pressure flow and the electroosmosis flow both act as the driving force of the solvents.
