At the development stage of an industrialized house, information on parts and members used for the house is registered previously in a parts information database, and information on the drawings, specifications, construction schedule, plans, and the like of a house the order of which is received is registered previously in an information-by-house database. Since arrangement information on parts required for construction is described roughly in the plans, items and quantities of parts to be ordered to factories can be extracted substantially automatically according to the plan data. Furthermore, order lists delivered to factories can be created substantially automatically according to the extracted data.
