A method for supporting plurality of bluetooth voice terminal devices to establish teleconference with remote user. The invention implements teleconference with bluetooth voice terminal device via interpreting and corresponding operation of bluetooth voice terminal device signaling by bluetooth voice gateway and information interaction between the bluetooth voice terminal devices. Using the above method, the functionality of buletooth voice terminal device could be variedly extended, for instance: The bluetooth voice terminal device acting as primary call terminal may invite other bluetooth voice terminal device to join current teleconference or force them to leave the teleconference; other bluetooth voice terminal devices can join the ongoing teleconference by making a request or accepting the invitation of the bluetooth voice terminal device acting as primary call terminal; the chairman’s authority can be transferred by certain ways; and the private conference can be established, etc.
