The use of compounds of formula (I) in drugs for the normalisation of endothelial function, for the treatment of sexual dysfunction, vascular complications of diabetes, and endothelial vascular disorders, is new. R = H or SO3-; B = Ca2+ or H2N+(Et)2; and n, m = 1 or 2.
