X : -O- or -NR 6-; R aa group of formula -[CH(R 4)] n-[CH(R 5)] m-C(R 1)(R 2)(R 3) (II); R 1,R 21-8C alkyl; R 1+R 25-8C ring member (optionally mono- to tri-substituted by 1-4C alkyl); R 3-R 5H, or 1-4C alkyl radical; n,m : 0 or 1; n+m : 2; R 6H or 1-8C alkyl radical; R boptionally unsaturated 1-20C alkyl radical, 5-12C cycloalkyl radical (optionally mono- to tri-substituted by 1-4C alkyl radicals), -(CH 2CHR 7-O) qR 8 or -CH 2-CH(OH)-CH 2-O-R 8); R 7H or methyl; R 8H or 1-8C alkyl; a : 1 - 20; R coptionally saturated 1-20C alkyl radical, OH radical or 1-20C alkoxy radical; and p : 0 - 2.
