The present invention concerns the field of the integrative analysis of molecular interactions in a biological system. It applies in particular to a process for obtaining a dynamic model of a network of molecular interactions in a biological system, comprising the following steps: a) from a static graph whose peaks represent biological molecules and the edges are physically and - chemical interactions between these molecules, to combine a variable quantitative xi at each apex, and a mathematical relation to each arc in the graph b) to calculate the parameters of each connection from experimental data together with the tips of the graph, for the implementation of the learning techniques used for the setting of networks intelligence artificielle.l' invention also relates to a method of analysis of molecular interaction networks biological which, on the basis of the production of experimental data, to identify and to describe the operation of these interactions at the time (i) between the molecules interact in pairs, (ii) at the level of the resultant of the interactions which is exerted on a given molecule, and (iii) at the level of the assembly of the network in question of interaction. Still more particularly, this method of analysis makes it possible, once the operation of these interactions have been described, to predict the consequences, over the whole of the network of molecular interactions in question, of activatory or inhibitory actions of the molecules forming this network. It thus makes it possible especially to identify potential therapeutic targets, to understand the mechanisms of the actions of xenobiotics.
